Shipping and Returns

Sensual Seductions offers competitive and fast shipping to the UK and Worldwide for all of your sensual orders and accessories.

UK 24 hour deliveries £5.95, orders must be placed and with us before 3pm Mon-Fri. We do not guarantee a Saturday delivery. If your order is urgent we can arrange a courier to deliver to you at an additional cost.

2-3 days deliveries £4.45, orders can be placed anytime, and will be dispatched within 1-2 days via Royal Mail recorded delivery.

In the unlikely event of your order not arriving, please allow 15 working days from the date of dispatch from us before making contact. We will carry out an investigation through Royal Mail and keep you informed via email of developments.

If you live or are close to Devizes and would like to collect your items, simply select the free delivery option during entering all of your address and billing information on our checkout page. No charges would then be applied for delivery.

Please ask for our rates for international shipping. Please allow 5-7 working days from the date of dispatch for the items to reach you in these areas.

OFT Distance Selling (DSR)
In line with the DSR regulations you have 7 working days (not including Bank Holidays or Weekends) after your receive the goods from Sensual Seductions Ltd to cancel your order and return them to us for a full refund or exchange. You should email us with your order number should you wish to cancel.
Additionally in line with DSR’s we cannot accept goods back that due to the nature of the goods cannot be returned. This includes the items of any product that can be applied to the skin, knickers, thongs and hosiery. DSR’s also allow Sensual Seductions the right not to accept back goods where the customer has not taken “reasonable care” of the item/s where they are marked or damaged in any way. This also includes instances where the seal is broken.
